The RDHC Board is very pleased to announce the re-appointment of Dean Evans as Head coach of the Men’s Coaching division. We are now all aware of the wealth of experience he has bought into the club. We now know as an Olympic and world cup player he earned that reputation. His first successful year with Rockingham both on and off the field showed leadership, expertise and dedication.
Deans and boards ambition is to make 2015 our club’s most successful.
The RDHC Board is also very pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Pilcher as the dedicated coach of the ladies division. Graham’s wealth of experience both with senior ladies for Hale and also elite junior grades at state level will add extra expertise to our club especially coaching our young ladies squad.
With Both Dean and Graham’s experience and dedication , I’m sure along with the assistance of the rest of our coaching committee, RDHC will see a variety of strategic plans put into the development of coaching at all levels of the club.
As President I am very pleased with the early enthusiasm of the new board and sub committees, the appointment of our two coaches and plans for 2015. Talks are still in progress to align further professional people to help our club into what promises to be a great year, of course this will not happen without your support, both on and off the field.
We need everyone’s help to keep all of our 2014 squads, please assist us and talk with all your closest members from last season. If you find anyone who may be talking of leaving for whatever reason, Talk them out it, tell them we need them to take our club to the next level. This also applies if you know anyone who may wish to join this great club.
